Kellie Sapp's Biography

Kellie Sapp supports the firm’s litigation team with more than 20 years of experience in administration and client services. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to her work and values clear communication throughout the legal process.

Kellie grew up in Atwater, California, attended Merced College, and later relocated to Texas. Despite multiple military relocations, she earned her degree in Business Administration from Hardin-Simmons University while completing coursework at different duty stations.

In 2021, she joined Lee Dobson Lee after filling in as the firm’s receptionist for what should have been just one week. What began as a short-term role quickly evolved into an impassioned career in the legal field, and she is currently on track to complete the Paralegal Studies Program at Rose State College in 2026.

Kellie oversees litigation administrative operations and supports the attorneys through all phases of case management. She believes clients should feel respected and supported, and that belief shapes the way she approaches her work each day.

Outside the office, she volunteers with the Dale K. Graham Veterans Foundation. She enjoys spending time with her family while remaining active in her community.
